I am an East Coast Los Angeles transplant with 5+ years of professional industry experience across studio and independent production, distribution, and marketing. My ultimate passion is physical production.

I’m a DOER: I get things done. What things? Everything. Anything. I hit my deadlines every time – there are no excuses. I never say that something “isn’t my job”. My job is to support my team and the company. Identify gaps and then figure out how to use my skills to build bridges, thus increasing efficiency and productivity for everyone.

I’m CURIOUS: I figure things out, learn as a I go, and store those lessons for future application. I thrive in ambiguity. I love the challenge of creatively solving problems. I prioritize effectively and make good decisions. I can be trusted to execute the first time. My first drafts hit the bar; my second drafts raise it. At work, I find joy in learning – stretching my comfort zone and working collaboratively with diverse perspectives.

I’m a COMMUNICATION GODDESS: Surprisingly - I’m more introverted than extroverted, but you’d never know that by meeting me. Interpersonally, I adapt to the communication style of others and match their intonation and cadence to communicate effectively. My written communication is clear and concise, yet detailed when it needs to be. I build relationships, even via email. I am frequently complimented by bosses and peers for writing great emails.

I’m INNOVATIVE: I adapt to rapidly changing situations. I leverage previous experience and related situations against ongoing challenges to find quicker solutions. I don’t settle for “the way things have been done” – I constantly reevaluate my personal standards, and seek better, simpler workflows.

I’m PASSIONATE: I bring 15+ years of demonstrated interest in entertainment. As a child, I don't ever remember a time when I wasn't being creative. Before the age of 6, I was actively involved in beauty pageants, modeling for national print and commercials, dance, and musical theater. My free time was spent reenacting iconic scenes from my favorite movies in my living room - Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and The Wizard of Oz  were among my favorites. From an early age, I was exposed to music editing and I would often produce radio shows with my friends. I took my first video production course as a high school freshman. Back then, we filmed on mini DV tapes and edited in Avid Media Composer on giant desktops that shorted out if any of our cell phones rang. Later, I interned for two-years with a community television station, furthering my passion for content creation. In college, I continued my passion for production. Notably, I worked on a team of fellow students and community members to produce 11 short films for personal enrichment and competition – earning national and international recognition. These formative student years enabled me to experiment in every role within creative field & studio production.
